At Blauverd we are building the new AZA Group logistics centre in Sepes de Sagunto Industrial Estate.

The construction work is made up of 3 units and 2 office blocks and it shall boast the BREEAM® Certificate (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology), which is the technique for the certification and evaluation of sustainability in the most technically advanced and top international building work.
This will be the new logistics platform for AZA LOGISTICS SLU built by AZA VALENCIA INMUEBLES SL. In this unit goods will be stored and moved for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and packaged foods industries, as well as others, at a controlled temperature and in line with the strictest HACCP, GDP, sanitary registration, AEO, customs warehouse and customs bonded warehouse procedures. SGS is responsible for managing the project.
